This course is designed to help returning residents master modern interview strategies and present themselves with clarity, confidence, and credibility. Through guided lessons, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, participants learn how to prepare, respond, and follow up in ways that align with employer expectations—specifically for high-demand trades like Construction, HVAC, and Solar.
The program focuses on mindset, communication, and strategy. We go beyond standard advice by teaching the proprietary 3-Step "Prove It" System, enabling candidates to reframe past convictions into assets.
